Gibson F4 Mandolin.
The Gibson F4 is something every mandolin player should have the experience of playing. That smokie tone is a wonderful addition to anyones repetoire.
This is a 1912 model, with the exquisite inlaid Handel tuners and solid one piece bridge. It is often called 'The Blonde' due to the lovely natural finished top. I have not seen too many natural coloured top F4's but they really are stunning. The back and sides are a superb red, maple that really works beautifully with the natural top.
